GUIDES & CO - CURATORS
Ulli Allmendinger, MSc Ayurveda, is a renowned Ayurveda practitioner and expert in Eastern nutrition and detox.
She is a lecturer with a passion for cooking, Ayurvedic nutrition and traditional Eastern healing arts and energy practices.
Ulli has been studying Ayurveda in the USA and India since 2003 under the guidance of renowned teachers such as Dr Robert Svoboda and Dr Vasant Lad, and received her Master's degree in Ayurvedic Sciences from the International Vedic Hindu University (IVHU) in Florida, USA. Ulli has been successfully running her company Ulli Ayurveda for 15 years, both in Turkey and internationally.
She works 1:1 with clients and offers Ayurveda training programs, wellness retreats and guided detox seminars. In the last 10 years, she has successfully trained over 150 Ayurveda therapists in Turkey.
Her first book, ‘Ayurveda,’ was published in 2017 by the renowned Doğan Publishing House in Istanbul; her second book ‘Dein Ayurveda’ was published with Prof. Dr. Dietrich Grönemeyer through Random House in 2024 and was released in Turkish with Doğan in June 2025.
Dilara Moran is the Co-Founder and Curator of RaHāra, a sacred wellness ecosystem for modern seekers, creatives, and leaders devoted to inner transformation.
She weaves each RaHāra experience with deep intuition, crafting spaces where participants can return to their natural rhythm.
The same sensitivity and vision are reflected in ONG Center, the private healing studio she founded a sanctuary rooted in energetic precision, ancestral knowledge, and intentional living.
As a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher, and sound alchemist, Dilara brings over a decade of global teaching and curatorial experience.
Her signature is the unseen: the frequency she carries, the presence she embodies, and the stillness she knows how to hold.
